I began my career 23 years ago in the crane and lifting industry, working my way up through various roles, including rigger, operator, management, and safety. This journey has given me a unique, practical perspective that I bring to every aspect of my work. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep passion for teaching and empowering others with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in this field.

In 2018, we founded Arctic Lifting Solutions, and I am incredibly grateful for the growth we’ve achieved and the opportunity to support so many individuals and businesses in the industry. Through the services we offer, my ultimate goal is to provide clients with the expertise, tools, and guidance necessary to ensure safe, effective, and efficient operations.

With four years of experience as an overhead crane technician and nearly five years in crane inspection, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse environments, travel to unique locations, and gain firsthand insight into the industry.

My passion for safety drives everything I do. Conducting thorough inspections allows me to play a direct role in preventing accidents and ensuring that crews operate in a secure environment. Knowing that my work helps protect lives makes this career incredibly rewarding.

Beyond inspections, I value the relationships I build with customers. Open communication and trust are essential in maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. I take pride in educating and assisting clients to ensure their equipment meets the highest safety standards.

My mission is clear: to make the crane industry safer, one inspection at a time.

 With a strong focus on precision, safety, and compliance, I play a key role in assisting crane inspections for a variety of government contracts, ensuring that every project adheres to the highest standards of operational excellence. My work involves meticulously evaluating the structural, mechanical, and operational integrity of cranes used in federal, state, and municipal projects, guaranteeing they meet stringent safety regulations and performance requirements. 

I’ve been in the crane and rigging industry for over a decade, and I love tackling the challenges that come with this line of work. Safety is my top priority, and I really enjoy teaching and sharing what I’ve learned with newcomers to the industry.

I’ve also had the opportunity to work on the inspection side of things, which has given me a deeper understanding of the finer details that often go unnoticed. It’s been a great experience, and I’m proud to be part of a team that values precision and safety as much as I do.
